The International Summer Course is one of the flagship work programs of the IAAS LC Unpad Exchange Department and will collaborate with IAAS World and IAAS Asia Pacific. This activity aims to provide opportunities for students both from within the country and from abroad to share information about agricultural science and culture in other countries.

This International Summer Course will be implemented in a hybrid manner by inviting speakers from abroad to discuss permaculture in a sustainable agricultural system. So it is hoped that this activity is not only a forum for exchanging information, but also can increase mutual respect and tolerance between countries.

  • Sharing information and knowledge about permaculture in each country;
  • Able to distinguish permaculture techniques from other agricultural techniques in sustainable farming systems;
  • Raise awareness about permaculture especially in academic groups;
  • Increase mutual respect and tolerance between countries.
