IAAS Looking For New Member (ILFNM) is a main program from HRD to recruiting potential new members into IAAS LC Unpad each year. This program facilitates the organization’s annual growth by recruiting dedicated individuals who are prepared to contribute meaningfully and drive positive impact in the field of agriculture and its related sectors.

    The first meeting for new IOP members serves as the initial phase of the new member recruitment process for IAAS LC Unpad, providing an overview of IAAS as a whole, including the departments within IAAS LC Unpad. This event also functions as a form of leadership development for candidate members, where new IOP candidate members will be introduced to the IAAS LC Unpad organization.

    The final stage of the IAAS LC Unpad new member admission process is Building On Success (BOS). In this event, candidate members who have completed all stages, namely the IAAS Orientation Program (IOP) and IOP Internship, will be inaugurated and certified as full members of IAAS LC Unpad.
