What is Public Relation and Partnership Department
The Public Relation and Partnership Department is in charge of handling IAAS LC UNPAD's cooperation with external parties and promoting IAAS LC UNPAD to be more widely known by the general public. The work programme carried out by the Public Relations and Partnership Department of IAAS LC Unpad consists of 9 activities, namely Public Speaking and Partnership Class, Design Training, Organization Visit, Talk with IAAS, Social media maintenance, IAAS Yearbook X Video Documentary, IAAS Podcast, IAAS Branding and Partnership Maintenance.
Work Program
- PRP Class
The Public Relations and Partnership Class is a skill development activity for IAAS LC Unpad members in the fields of design, partnership, and public speaking. This activity is organized to equip members with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their duties over the course of the year in designing departmental work programs in accordance with IAAS LC Unpad regulations. The activity is conducted to ensure all members thoroughly understand proper design methodologies, thereby enabling them to establish a strong brand identity for IAAS LC Unpad.
- Organization Visit
IAAS Organization Visit (OVI) 2025 is an agenda of activities to visit one Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), to conduct a comparative study and also share the performance of related organizations by funding, organizing, networking, stabilizing and branding methods of related organizations. Last year IAAS LC UNPAD visited Universitas Indonesia to collaborate with AIChE UI (American Institute of Chemical Engineers). - Design Training
IAAS Design Training is a bootcamp program that aims to provide Figma software training to IAAS members, which will be useful for their future careers. In addition, IAAS Design Training also provides guidance on submitting designs and designs that comply with IAAS standard operating procedures. - I-Pod
The IAAS Podcast is one of the programs of the Public Relations and Partnership Department of IAAS LC Unpad, consisting of audio and video recordings that discuss a particular topic with the involvement of a host and guests. The topics covered will include sharing experiences, opinions, and engaging discussions to provide an enjoyable listening experience for the audience. The purpose of the IAAS Podcast is to enhance knowledge and entertain members of IAAS LC Unpad. Currently, IAAS LC Unpad has over 40 episodes featuring many impressive guests, including Mahasiswa Berprestasi and Putra Putri Padjadjaran 2024. - Social Media Maintenance
Social Media Maintenance is an activity involving the planning and management of IAAS LC Unpad's social media as part of its communication function with external parties (outside parties). This activity is carried out by publishing the activities and work programs that have been, are being, and will be implemented by IAAS LC Unpad and its media partners. Additionally, at least one educational content piece related to agriculture or the environment is published each month. This work program aims to disseminate information about IAAS LC Unpad's work programs and issues related to agriculture and the environment, as well as to increase the engagement rate of IAAS LC Unpad's social media accounts.
- Partnership Maintenance
Partnership Maintenance is a work program responsible for managing affairs with external parties. The types of cooperation are partnerships by request, such as work program collaborations and media partnerships. - IAAS Branding
IAAS Branding is an activity/effort to introduce IAAS LC Unpad to the wider public regarding the existence of IAAS LC Unpad itself, both in the form of content/information packaged in positive and attractive branding to increase engagement rate and brand awareness. In this administration, IAAS Branding collaborates with ILFNM for one of its implementations. - Talk with IAAS
Talk With IAAS aims to increase IAAS LC UNPAD's social media engagement, particularly on Instagram and TikTok. Activities may include creating creative and interactive content related to information and knowledge, as well as updates on the latest news and issues surrounding agriculture and the environment. - IAAS Yearbook x Video Documentary
IAAS Yearbook is an annual book with a specific theme. The IAAS Yearbook features all IAAS LC Unpad members. This program serves as a memento for IAAS LC Unpad and branding for IAAS LC Unpad using Issuu. Video Documentary is a video documentation program with a specific concept. This program serves as a memento for IAAS LC Unpad and branding for IAAS LC Unpad through the YouTube platform.
